About Beyond Candle Store

Beyond Candle Store is an artisan candle studio based in Chandler, Arizona. We handcraft sculptural soy wax candles to order using premium, non-toxic ingredients. All products are made in the United States.

Products and Orders

All candles are handcrafted to order. Because each piece is individually hand-poured, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are normal and expected. These variations are characteristics of genuine handmade work, not defects.

  • Processing time - orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays
  • Made to order - your candle is poured fresh after you place your order
  • Product images - we photograph each product accurately, but monitor settings may cause slight color differences
  • Availability - products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to limit quantities

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment is processed at the time of purchase.

Sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with applicable state and local tax laws.

Shipping

We ship across the entire United States. Orders are shipped via tracked carriers with sustainable packaging designed to protect sculptural candle forms during transit.

  • Standard shipping - 3-7 business days within the US
  • Arizona local - 2-4 business days for Phoenix metro area
  • Tracking - all orders include tracking information sent via email
  • Risk of loss - risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Condition - items must be unused, unburned, and in original condition
  • Process - email contact@beyondcandlestore.com to initiate a return
  • Refund timeline - refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
  • Non-returnable - burned candles, custom orders, and sale items cannot be returned

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace the item at no additional cost.

Candle Safety

By purchasing our candles, you acknowledge that candles involve an open flame and you accept responsibility for using them safely. Please follow all candle care instructions provided with your order and on our Candle Care page.

Beyond Candle Store is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper candle use, including failure to follow care instructions.
