Return and Refund Policy

At Beyond Candle Store, every candle is handcrafted to order with care. We want you to love your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition - items must be unused, unburned, and in their original condition
  • How to start - email contact@beyondcandlestore.com with your order number and reason for return
  • Return shipping - return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
  • Original packaging - please repack securely to prevent damage in transit

Non-Returnable Items

  • Burned or used candles - candles that have been lit cannot be returned
  • Custom or personalized orders - made-to-order custom designs are final sale
  • Sale or clearance items - discounted products are non-refundable

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.

We take packaging seriously. Every sculptural candle is sustainably packaged with protective materials designed to prevent damage during transit. However, if something does arrive broken, we will make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
