Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence taken at the time of opening the package.

Beyond Candle Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Beyond Candle Store is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
