Shipping Policy

At Beyond Candle Store, every order is hand-poured to order and carefully packaged to ensure your sculptural candle arrives safely.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-demand periods (holidays, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day), processing times may be slightly extended.

Because every candle is made to order, your piece is poured fresh after you place your order. This is what makes every Beyond Candle unique.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

• Standard US shipping - 3-7 business days, rates calculated at checkout
• Arizona local - 2-4 business days for Phoenix metro area (Chandler, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Gilbert, Mesa)
• Free shipping - available on qualifying orders (see current threshold at checkout)

Tracking

All orders include tracking information. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track your package through the carrier's website.

Packaging

Every order is sustainably packaged with protective materials specifically designed for sculptural candle forms. We use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible.

Our candles are freestanding sculptural pieces, so we take extra care to ensure they are cushioned and secured during transit.

Shipping Restrictions

• US only - we currently ship within the United States only
• P.O. Boxes - we can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS
• APO/FPO - we support military addresses

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours at contact@beyondcandlestore.com with photos of the damage. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
